With the contract signed and your commission locked in, it would have been reasonable to expect that we had seen and heard the last of you until closing, but you continued to stay in touch with us and with St. Joe to keep us informed of the progress of construction on the condos. You always seemed to be able to get more information on the status of the construction than we were and you provided us with pictures when your were in the neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to get together over lunch on our funiture shopping visits to Orlando over the nearly two-year construction period.

 

Unfortunately, when construction was "complete" and we closed on the property, St. Joe did not deliver the property in the condition we expected. Again, no one could have faulted you for wishing us the best and going about your business. Instead, you followed-up with us to see how things were going and your calls to St. Joe helped us get their attention and resolve the problems. It was very reassuring for us to have you working on our behalf.
