I began working with Lisa about a year and a half ago. My dream has always been to be the owner of a beautiful house. After making numerous trips to Orlando to find a home in a seller’s market, I began getting very impatient and frustrated. Lisa worked around the clock trying to find me the perfect house. I ended up buying my house sight unseen because I could not make an emergency trip to Orlando to see the house we had chosen. Due to all the time and effort Lisa put into my project I trusted her and things could not have worked any better. I bought my dream house and the rest is history. Lisa was immediately responsive and we had several e-mails over pieces of potential properties. When we came down last summer, she lined up a number of homes and vacant land options. She spent a good deal of time showing us around. Unfortunately, none of the properties seemed right to us. Then before our trip during spring break in March this year, I contacted Lisa again to find properties for us to view. She found a great vacant lot in Lake Mary and drove all the way up there to take pictures for me. After I found out that building a custom house would cost a small fortune, I started to look at existing homes again. I happened to find the house at 786 Keeneland Pike in Lake Mary during one of my internet searches and let Lisa know about it. I figured to view it when I planned to come at spring break in March. To get pre-approved for a loan I got closing cost estimates from several mortgage lenders & banks. I ended up choosing the one suggested by Lisa, who had the best prices and was very helpful (JD Daher from United Security Mortgage). The property sounded so good that I decided to make a one day trip to see it so that, if we offered on it, we could do the inspection during our regular trip in March. Lisa met me at the airport and we had a great day looking at other properties but ended up spending most of the day at the one in Lake Mary. I knew this was the best property to meet all of our needs - a nice, distinctive home, in a good neighborhood, with sidewalks, and on large lot so we can add on when we retire. Plus the seller wanted to rent it back to us for a few months. Lisa did all the background work of helping me find a suitable management company, a great inspector (Mark Lauria), a builder to look at the property, and a septic company! She even got the septic company to mark the drain field and she drove up there to take pictures of it so I would know where the septic tank and drain field was located on the property. Plus she did the final walk though to make sure everything was fixed correctly before the closing. Best of all, she handled everything with diplomacy and tact including a very unfortunate flare-up between the management company and the sellers agent. She is a great buyers agent with amazing attention to detail plus she knows how to handle the most difficult people. I hope you know what a valuable agent you have working for you. I almost wish I had not found the house of my retirement dreams so soon because I will miss going property hunting with Lisa!

More About Lisa


A resident of Central Florida for 13 years and residing in the Dr. Phillips area, Lisa’s background includes working as a travel agent, managing an adult and children’s psychology clinic and completing four years of nursing school.  She began her real estate career as office manager for an exclusive buyer agency and gained invaluable knowledge of the intricate details of real estate transactions.  This experience inspired Lisa to pursue obtaining her real estate license and in 2002, she chose to become an Exclusive Buyer Agent.

Lisa has a talent for understanding and working with clients in challenging and sometimes very difficult real estate transactions.   She is detail-oriented, her patience is remarkable and her Buyer clients remain her friends long after the sale.  Lisa has represented first time homebuyers, foreign nationals buying vacation homes, investors, clients wanting new construction and buyers purchasing retirement and second homes.
