Buyer Broker Paula Howard’s career in real estate began as a licensed sales agent in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Working for one of the most respected real estate firms in Louisville, she developed a commitment to professionalism and ethical practices. She quickly earned the trust and confidence of her clients and enjoyed many referrals. After moving to Orlando, she acquired her Florida builder’s license and built custom homes in many of Orlando’s finest communities. Paula’s strong commitment to first quality construction and personal attention to her customers resulted in being a highly regarded and sought after homebuilder.

In 2001, Paula recognized that in the real estate industry sellers had representation in real estate transactions, but it seemed buyers were basically going it alone. Sellers had their own agents but who was looking out for the buyer’s best interests? This prompted Paula to acquire her Florida real estate license and specialize in representing only buyers. Her company does not accept listings and never, ever works for the seller. To that end, she can promise buyers no conflict of interest and be a true advocate for her buyer clients. Paula helps buyers make good, informed decisions when purchasing real estate. Every client is treated with respect and there is never any pressure to buy. Buyer broker Paula Howard loves living in Central Florida. She enjoys walking, bicycling, dancing, singing, photography and especially the beautiful beaches. She and husband Ray serve as ushers in their church. Paula also volunteers for an organization raising money to help local residents experiencing temporary financial hardships. She served on several homeowner association boards, taught religious education classes and as a volunteer for Junior Achievement. Paula and Ray are blessed with two children and two fantastic grandchildren.
